Rochester Park

I have visited the real famous rochester park on Wednesday. It is definitely beyond my expectation. Worth saving up all the money I have to dine there again.

This place has really nice ambience. I would describe it as a more private and close to your heart kinda feel. You feel as though you are in the middle of nowhere and definitely a great place to escape from the bustling city of sg where everything slow down here. A nice place to chill out and absolutely great for a meal to catch with old friends. If you are looking for a place where you could really spend time chatting or getting to know each other better, this is definitely the place. Indeed very relaxing mood accompanied by nice music they play.

Opened by the daughter of the chef and his singaporean wife. Apparently, she is really young (maybe younger than me). The food is fabulous. I am not a fan of steak but this place makes me fall in love with steak. The portion is just nice to make you feel full enough to leave room for desserts. It doesnt make you feel greasy & bloated with the meaty meal. For an italian place, there is no pasta though. All the mains look pretty good but very few selection to choose from. I tried the american steak and austrialian veal steak. Goodilicious! Dessert is a must!

A must place to hang out with your significant other. However, it will not be very easy on your wallet so go only when you are feeling really rich. Could only be accessible with private vehicle. If you are driving, you dont really have a carpark to park. The nearest carpark is quite a walking distance. So since you are splurging on the meal, what is 6buck to you for valet service.

Do make reservation way before esp for the weekends.
